Many people focus on what they can start as we step into a new year… new diet, new exercise class, new hobby. But what about what you’d like to let go of?

For some, it’s not just about habits like overindulging. It might be deeper struggles such as; reliance on alcohol, compulsive gambling, smoking, or addiction to substances like cocaine (an area that I’m seeing more and more clients for).
Why is hypnotherapy a popular choice of treatment for addiction? Not only because it helps address the root causes of these behaviours; whether it’s stress, trauma, unhelpful thought patterns... hypnosis works with the subconscious at a deeper level.
Hypnotherapy is a highly effective treatment not just for addiction, but for many other habits (including negative thinking habits) that can hold us back and preventing us living the life we want to.
I combine hypnotherapy with mindset coaching, helping clients to understand how their brain works, and teaching them how to operate from their higher, prefrontal cortex, (where we're rational and able to make good decisions!). This creates a powerful treatment to regain control and break away from addiction.
Letting go of what no longer serves you is a powerful way to create space for what does.
